Program Objectives

• Assist you in defining your vision, mission, core values, guiding principles, and unique value in a way that best represents your services and will capture the attention of your ideal clients and contracts
• Support you through the process of legally forming your practice, including an understanding or your tax liabilities
• Assist you in researching and analyzing the market in order to abide by legal and ethical requirements and identify revenue streams 
• Facilitate the development of your unique service model, including your program structure, fee schedule, and intake process
• Assist you in financially planning for the success of you and your practice
• Promote the development of your Business Support Plan while launching your practice!

Program Structure

Enrollment Duration

The goal of the program is to assist you in establishing a strong foundation for your practice in less time and with less stress. Ideally, this program would be completed within 2-4 months from the enrollment date.

Expectation for Program Participation

Participants should plan to spend 20-30 hours to complete the course assignments. The program guarantees time is secured for guidance on the topic areas, but not completion of the tasks. As a participant, it is recommended you regularly schedule time to work on the curriculum. (Don't worry, we'll help with that too).

Communication

Ongoing support will be provided through the Behavior Analysts in Business Community, one (1) hour of individual consultation monthly, and once a month group calls. 

Individualized Consultation

Individual consultation is offered in 30 or 60 minute increments. To make the most efficient use of our time, you'll be provided with a pre-meeting form, allowing us to dive right into addressing your needs. If you'd like more than time during your participation, additional consultation can be purchased.

Group Strategy Calls

Group Strategy calls will be offered on a monthly basis. These calls provide an opportunity to discuss industry trends, receive additional coaching, and meet fellow program participants. Each call will be recorded and the replay will be available with program membership.

Behavior Analysts in Business Community

The Behavior Analysts in Business Community is an exclusive online community for participants in the program. This platform can be used to ask questions, share your experiences, participate in events, and meet fellow BCBAs on their journey to independent practice.

BACB Continuing Education Units (CEUs) 

This program offers a minimum of 4 BACB CEUs. Additional CEUs may be available through participation in individual consultations and group strategy calls.
