Program Structure

Enrollment Duration

The goal of the program is to assist you in establishing and launching your independent practice in less time and with less stress. Ideally, this program will be completed within 4-6 months from the enrollment date. However, I understand that life can be unpredictable and more time may be needed. As such, the course curriculum will be accessible for up to 9 months.


Expectation for Program Participation

Participants should plan to spend 10-15 hours per month to complete the course assignments. The program guarantees time is secured for guidance on the topic areas, but not completion of the tasks. As a participant, it is recommended you regularly schedule time to work on the curriculum. (Don't worry, we'll help with that too).


Communication

Ongoing support will be provided through individual consultation, monthly group training, discussion features within the curriculum, and ABA Business Mentorship Community.


ABA Business Mentorship Community

The ABA Business Mentorship Community is an exclusive online community for participants in the program. This platform can be used to ask questions, share your experiences, participate in events, and meet fellow BCBAs on their journey to independent practice.


BACB Continuing Education Units

This program offers BACB CEUs upon completion of the On Demand Curriculum and for individual and group call sessions.

Program Objectives

  • Assist you in learning key behaviors and habits that will increase your efficiency, decrease time wasted, and accelerate your results

  • Assist you in defining your vision, mission, core values, guiding principles, and unique value in a way that best represents your services and will capture the attention of your ideal clients and contracts

  • Support you through the process of legally forming your practice, including an understanding or your tax liabilitielegal

  • Assist you in researching and analyzing the market in order to abide by legal and ethical requirements and identify revenue stre

  • Facilitate the development of your unique service model, including your program structure, fee schedule, and clinical rationale for service delivery

  • Support you through the completion of the credentialing and billing process with insurance funders

  • Help you to establish third-party and private pay revenue streams so that you can have a consistent cash

  • Assist you in developing your marketing strategy in order to attract your ideal clients efficiently and effectively

  • Assist you in financially planning for the success of you and your practice

  • Promote the completion of your Business Support Plan while launching your prac
