Hi! Like many who work in the field of Behavior Analysis, I have a deep passion for human service and a desire to improve the life of another, one moment at a time. As an independent ABA practitioner, I've had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients and their families or caregivers to improve their quality of life. Operating an independent practice hasn't always been easy, but every challenge was worth overcoming to ensure that each client received the best services possible. Through the independent practice model, behavioral specialists have the unique opportunity to develop their practice around their specialized services. This ultimately creates a world of highly specialized practitioners who can extend services to all who would benefit from them. And trust me, we’ve only scratched the surface concerning the problems that could be solved with our powerful science. However, I recognize this model poses a challenge: the business of behavior. We didn’t go to business school after all! Fortunately, the school of life has taught me a variety of strategies and techniques that have contributed to the success of my clients and practice. My passion for helping others has broadened to those that are starting or are new to independent practice.
